Lexus UX Audio System Failure

Hey, I'm having a strange issue with the audio system in my 2022 Lexus UX electric. The whole thing just stopped working – no sound from the radio, Bluetooth, or anything. The screen is blank, and I've got an error stored. I've checked the fuses, and they seem fine. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar? Could it be the volume control, faulty wiring or maybe even a Bluetooth problem? Any thoughts on audio quality issues or problems with the dashboard controls?

I had a similar issue in my UX. Is the display also acting up? If so, it might be a defective display module. That was the cause in my case.

Yes, the display is completely blank. Was it a straightforward fix, or did you have to do a lot of troubleshooting to figure it out?

In my situation, the workshop diagnosed it as a defective display unit. Considering the error code and the blank display, I would suggest taking it in for a professional diagnosis. Unfortunately, it wasn't a simple fix. The eventual repair cost was 725€.
