Thanks! I checked the connectors, and they look good. The headlight issue is constant. Can you explain more about the auto-leveling system malfunction? Was that your issue?

My issue was a defective servomotor in the headlight assembly. The UX lighting system is complex. Since your issue is constant and you checked the connectors, you probably have the same problem. I'd recommend a qualified workshop for diagnosis. They can pinpoint the fault.

I own a Lexus UX and had a similar issue with the adaptive headlights. First, check the electrical connectors going to the headlights to make sure they're seated properly and free of corrosion. The auto-leveling system can also cause issues if it's malfunctioning. Does it happen constantly or sometimes?
