Fuses look fine. Wiring harness visually seems okay. Where on the Volvo did you find the problem?

It ended up being a defective plug connection. Given your error message, I'd wager you're facing a similar issue with the ignition switch or power supply. Best to get it checked at a workshop.

Thanks. Took it in, and it was indeed a defective plug connection. Cost 95€ to fix. Appreciate the help!

Sounds familiar. Had a similar issue with my old Volvo V70. Car wouldn't start and threw some obscure electrical error. Did you check the fuses and wiring harness?
