Lexus UX Overheating Issue

Hey, I have a 2021 Lexus UX with a gasoline engine. Lately, the engine's been overheating, and the check engine light keeps popping up. My mileage is at 209877 km. I've checked the coolant level, and it seems fine. Any ideas what could be causing this? Could a defective speed sensor trigger this?

Thanks for the quick reply! I'm not really sure what the fan should sound like, but I haven't noticed any crazy loud noises. Where exactly is the fan motor located, and how can I tell if the blade is stuck? Is it easy to get to?

Okay, so the fan motor is part of the car radiator assembly, right behind the grille. You should be able to see the fan blades through the grille. Be careful! With the engine off and cool, try to spin the fan blades by hand. They should move freely. If they're stiff or stuck, that's a problem. But honestly, with overheating and a check engine light, it's best to get it checked by a workshop. It could be something simple, but overheating can seriously damage your engine. The speed sensor issue you brought up is probably a red herring, but a mechanic can diagnose for sure.
