LFA Air Conditioning Failure

My 2011 Lexus LFA with a gasoline engine has an air conditioning issue. It doesn't cool, and the system won't switch on. There's also an error stored and a warning light. The garage thinks it's the AC control unit. Anyone else experienced this with their LFA? Mileage is 150757 km.

I haven't had those exact symptoms on my LFA, but I did have an AC problem where the system stopped working, and diagnostics pointed to a control unit fault. It wouldn't engage either. Do you have refrigerant pressure data?

I don't have refrigerant pressure readings, just the error code related to the control unit. Is this control unit failure a known issue for the LFA?

Known issue' might be too strong, but AC control system failures aren't unheard of in vehicles of this age, especially with that mileage. Following the workshop's advice to replace the control unit is prudent to properly diagnose and address the error. My repair was around 980€.

Good to know I'm not alone! I've authorized the AC control unit replacement. Fingers crossed that resolves it. Thanks for the help.
