LFA Weak Battery Defective Sensor

Thanks. I checked the terminals, and they're clean and tight. Could a faulty sensor cause an inaccurate voltage reading, leading to insufficient charge?

Yeah, a bad sensor could definitely mess with the voltage readings and how the car charges the battery. If the connections are good, then a faulty sensor seems like the most likely culprit. Best to get it checked out at a workshop, just to be sure.

Thanks for the input. I had the car inspected, and the battery sensor was indeed defective. Replaced it for 315€. Problem solved.

Battery sensor issues are kinda rare on these. Are you sure the battery terminals are clean and tight? A loose connection can mimic sensor problems and give you those symptoms.
