Linea solar sensor error and weak heating
Summary of the thread
A 2022 Fiat Linea owner is experiencing a solar sensor error and weak heating. The issue may be due to a defective cable or plug connection. Another owner with a similar problem found that a faulty connection to the sunlight sensor was the cause, which was resolved by a workshop. The suggested solution is to have the vehicle inspected by professionals to address the sensor connection and restore proper heating functionality.

Thanks for the reply. No, I don't recall the specific error code unfortunately. Did you manage to fix it? What was the actual issue?

Yeah, it turned out to be a faulty connection to the sunlight sensor. I didn't want to mess with it myself, so I just took it to a workshop. They sorted it out pretty quickly.

Alright, thanks for the advice. I was hoping it would be something simple I could fix myself, but it looks like a trip to the workshop is inevitable. The repair ended up costing me 95€. At least the heating is working properly again.

I also drive a Linea, and I had a similar problem a while back. The heating was weak, and there was some kind of sensor error flagged in the system. Was there a specific error code?
