Linea sunroof sunblind malfunction
Summary of the thread
A 2008 Fiat Linea diesel owner experienced a malfunction with the sunroof and sunblind, receiving a 'sunroof not initialized' error and a stuck sunblind. The issue was suspected to be caused by previous coding changes. A workshop visit revealed it was a sunroof calibration issue, which was resolved by resetting the system, restoring functionality.

Exactly! Sunroof shutdown is the perfect way to put it. And you had the same with the sunblind? What was the culprit? 'Cause I'm racking my brain here.

Confirmed on the sunblind and total sunroof malfunction. Stopgap solution? Workshop visit. Trust me on this one.

You called it! Workshop visit was the answer. Turns out, it was a sunroof calibration issue, probably messed up by some coding I did ages ago. They reset the system, and now it's working perfectly. Cost me 75€ – a small price to pay for sunshine again! Thanks for the advice!

Linea owner here. Sunroof issues, eh? I've had my share of electronic gremlins. Similar symptoms? Sunblind refusing to cooperate, complete sunroof shutdown?
