Good shout on the bulb and contacts! I did give them a once-over, seemed okay. But maybe I missed something subtle. Did your fix involve a full-on lamp replacement, or was it something else entirely?

In my situation, the measures I attempted did not remedy the fault. Given your proactive steps in checking the bulb and contacts, I would advise taking your vehicle to a qualified workshop for a professional diagnosis. Continuing self-repair efforts without specialized tools or knowledge may lead to further complications.

Cheers for the advice! Took it to the shop, and you were spot on – needed a new bulb and cleaning of the contact. Ended up costing me 95€, issue solved. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction!

I also drive a Fiat Linea, and experienced similar problems with the indicator light. Have you checked the bulb itself? Sometimes a seemingly functional bulb can be the culprit. Ensure the contacts are clean and free from corrosion as well.
