Lova throttle valve issue
Summary of the thread
A 2019 Chevrolet Lova is experiencing reduced engine power and a check engine light, with diagnostics indicating a defective throttle valve, possibly linked to the accelerator pedal module or its electronics. The symptoms resemble limp mode with rough idling. The suggested solution is to have the throttle valve checked and potentially replaced, which resolved the issue for another owner with similar problems.

Yeah, feels exactly like limp mode. Engine idling is rough. What was the eventual fix for your issue?

Sounds very familiar. Honestly, I tried a few things but ended up taking it to a workshop. They confirmed it was the throttle valve. Best to get it checked out.

Thanks for the info! Took it to the shop; they replaced the throttle valve. Total cost was 265€. Runs like new now.

I had something similar happen with my Lova. Does it feel like it's stuck in limp mode? Check engine light was on for me too, and fuel efficiency tanked. How's the engine idling?
