Mark X tank ventilation issue

My 2009 Toyota Mark X, gasoline engine, has a tank ventilation valve malfunction. Mileage is at 81664 km. The check engine light is on, and the engine stalls at idle. Investigation suggests clogged hoses within the EVAP system. Has anyone seen this with their Mark X?
