MarkX electrical malfunction

I'm having trouble with my 2017 Toyota Mark X with a gasoline engine. At 100944 kilometers, it has an error stored, a general electrical malfunction, and a non-functional navigation system. Diagnostics suggest a control unit programming issue. Has anyone else had similar software anomalies with this model, and how did you troubleshoot it?

Sounds rough. Did you try a simple software reset?

By 'software reset,' do you mean a hard reset of the ECU, or a more nuanced procedure with diagnostic tools? I want to proceed carefully.

Nah, I just meant disconnecting the battery for a bit. But if the nav system is dead, and you have other electrical gremlins, sounds like you need a workshop visit.

Given the issue's complexity, a professional assessment is best. The estimated repair cost is about 240€, which seems reasonable.
