Megane preheating light error

My 2018 Renault Megane diesel is acting up. The preheating light won't turn off, and the computer is showing an error. I think it's the glow plugs, but I'm not sure what to do. Has anyone else had this?

Hey, I also drive a Megane (though not a 2018 model). I had something similar happen a while back. Was the engine light on? And did you notice any rough idling or difficulty starting when the engine was cold?

Yeah, the engine light is on too! And you're right, it's been a bit rough when starting, especially in the mornings. Was it definitely the glow plugs for you then?

Sounds very similar to what I experienced. In my case it was the glow plugs. Considering the symptoms and error code, yours probably failed too. I'd recommend getting it checked by a workshop to be sure, though. I ended up paying around 440€ for the whole repair.

Thanks a lot for the help! I'll take it to a workshop and get the glow plugs checked out. Seems like that's the most likely culprit. Hopefully, it won't cost me an arm and a leg!
