Megane Rear Ventilation Flap Fault

I had a similar AC problem on my Megane. Air distribution was off, cooling almost non-existent. Check the flap actuator, might be stuck.

Thanks! Where can I find the flap actuator and what should I look for? Not experienced with car HVAC systems.

I didn't fix it myself, workshop sorted it. They mentioned the flap actuator and some wiring. Best to get a pro to avoid making things worse.

Took it to a workshop, defective connector on the rear ventilation flap actuator. Repair cost 95€, AC is working. Thanks for the help!
