Menlo mirror heating failure

My 2021 Chevrolet Menlo (electric engine) has a problem with the mirror heating at 159289 km. Both mirrors are not heating up, and an error is stored in the error memory. I suspect a defective cable or plug connection. Has anyone experienced this?

I had a similar issue with my Menlo's rearview mirrors last winter. Cold mornings were a pain! Did you check the fuses? It could be a simple fix. Or maybe a defective heater element.

Thanks for the quick reply! I will check the fuses. Where exactly are the fuses for the mirror heating located? Do you perhaps remember what error was stored in your vehicle's error memory?

I don't remember the error code, sorry. As for the fuses, I'm not entirely sure where they were located. I eventually took mine to a workshop where they diagnosed it as a faulty connection. If checking the fuses doesn't work, you should get it checked out.
