I checked the fuse box, but I'm not entirely sure which fuse is specifically for the central locking Do you know which one it is When you had the loose connection issue, was it difficult to locate the problem connection, and where was it located

Locating the correct fuse can sometimes be a challenge I would suggest consulting your vehicle's owner's manual; it should contain a fuse diagram Regarding the loose connection, I was unable to locate it myself and had to seek assistance from a qualified technician Given the potential complexity of modern vehicle electrical systems, I would recommend you do the same The error memory also suggests a deeper issue than just a blown fuse If it is indeed just a loose or defective cable connection as you initially suspected, your repair cost should be in the ballpark of 95€ I hope this helps

I appreciate you sharing your experience I think I will take it to a workshop to get it checked out properly, especially since there's an error code stored I will share the outcome

I understand you are experiencing issues with your central locking system I own a Mercedes A Klasse as well, and I recall a similar problem occurring some time ago If my memory serves me correctly, the fault did indeed lie with a loose connection I would advise you to carefully inspect all relevant cable connections Have you already checked the fuses related to the central locking system Often, a blown fuse can be the culprit Also, are you experiencing any other electrical issues within the vehicle
