So, the AdBlue output... How exactly did you diagnose that? Did you have to take it apart? And how much did that end up costing you? I'm trying to figure out if I can tackle this myself or if I'm looking at a hefty bill.

I didn't diagnose it myself, I'm afraid. It was the workshop that pinpointed the problem. From what they told me, it's a fairly common issue on these. They suspected the pump or a blockage in the line. The total cost including parts and labor was around 250€. Honestly, unless you have the right diagnostic tools and some experience with these injection systems, I'd recommend taking it in. Could save you a lot of headache in the long run.

Thanks for the info! I appreciate the advice. Sounds like it's worth getting it checked out professionally rather than messing with it myself and potentially making things worse. 250€ isn't the end of the world, I suppose. I'll book it in and hopefully, that'll sort it. Cheers!

Sounds familiar. I had a similar issue with my B Klasse. Did you check the AdBlue output from the tank to the dosing unit? That was the culprit in my case. If the system isn't injecting AdBlue properly, it will definitely throw an error and prevent starting. Is the error message persistent, even after refilling the tank?
