Mercedes B Klasse Air Conditioning Problem

My 2012 Mercedes B Klasse diesel with air conditioning is throwing an error about the rear ventilation flap and the climate control seems messed up The main issue is that the air conditioning is not cooling at all I've heard it could be a dodgy cable or a plug connection Has anyone dealt with this before The estimated repair is around 95€ Any thoughts This car HVAC is driving me nuts

The air distribution setting controls where the air comes out – face feet windscreen Air circulation is whether it's pulling air from outside or recirculating inside air If either is stuck it can affect the whole climate control system But if it's showing an error and the AC isn't cooling it's likely the flap motor or wiring like you suspect Probably best to get it checked at a workshop

Right I get it now Thanks for the clarification I took it to a local garage and you were spot on Turns out it was a faulty connector on the flap motor They sorted it for 90€ Air conditioning is working perfectly again
