Mercedes B Klasse Electric Persistent Error

My 2014 Mercedes B Klasse Electric has a persistent error The fault memory lock is active I've run diagnostics and undervoltage seems to be triggering an ECU fault Has anyone else encountered this What fault codes did you see Can I tackle this myself or is it a costly auto repair

Undervoltage huh Active memory errors can be a pain Could the battery be failing Is it the original How old is it A weak battery can cause electrical issues and fault codes Have you checked the battery's voltage What does the automotive diagnostics say

The battery is about three years old When you say 'checked the voltage,' what are you looking for Is there a specific range Also, could a faulty alternator cause similar issues, even if the battery seems okay

Three years isn’t ancient for a battery, that is true. But undervoltage is undervoltage and could be messing with the active memory. Dealing with electrical issues can be frustrating. You might be better off taking it to a workshop. They can pinpoint the exact source of the problem.

I took it to an auto repair shop as you suggested. Turns out, there was a minor parasitic draw that was slowly draining the battery, causing the undervoltage and triggering the fault memory lock. They traced it, fixed it, and cleared the codes. Total cost was around 240€. Appreciate the help!
