Mercedes B Klasse Power Steering Issue

My 2015 Mercedes B Klasse Diesel is showing a power steering malfunction at 53027 km The steering wheel vibrates and shakes, handling feels spongy, and there's an error code I suspect a defective cable or plug, but fluid levels are normal Could it be the steering pump or rack?

Yes, that's what I experienced The fluid looked fine, but the shop found a bad connection I suggest taking it to a workshop for a proper diagnosis to prevent more issues

Thanks for the help I took it to a shop, and they confirmed a defective plug connection was the problem The repair was 95€ The steering works perfectly now
