I'm afraid I don't have more concrete details. As I said I am no expert, just a frustrated car owner. I would advise you to consult your workshop, so the contact signal can be verified. Sorry I cannot be of greater assistance.

Thank you for sharing your experience. The issue was indeed a defective contact signal due to a faulty plug connection. The repair, including parts and labour, amounted to 95€. The automatic locks are now functional.
