Mercedes C Klasse hybrid massage seat issue

Thank you for your suggestion. I have not checked the fuses yet. Could you perhaps guide me to the correct fuse location for the seat I am a little uncertain where to find it in the fuse box diagram

Unfortunately, I cannot give you a specific fuse location, as it varies between models and configurations. However, given the error memory and the lack of function, it seems that the workshop is the right place for diagnosis.

I appreciate your confirmation that a visit to the workshop is the best course of action. Following your advice, I took my C Klasse to the workshop. As suspected, a loose connection was causing the switch failure. The repair cost 95€. The massage setting is now working as it should. Thank you again for your help.
