Mercedes CLA Diesel Power Loss and EGR Valve Issue

Hello everyone, I own a 2014 Mercedes CLA with a Diesel engine and 112,500 km on the clock. I'm experiencing a significant loss of engine power, accompanied by a boost leak, whistling, and hissing noises. The diagnostic code points to a low pressure EGR valve issue. I've taken the car to three different garages, but none have been able to identify the problem. It's currently with Mercedes, but they are also struggling to find a solution. Has anyone experienced similar issues or have any advice on what might be causing this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Mercedes and the other 3 garages have said they have done that and smoke tested, pressure tested
