Did your CLA exhibit the same emergency mode symptoms as well? Did the oil replacement resolve the issue completely, or were further interventions necessary?

Yes, it did go into a limp mode a couple of times, which I guess is the emergency mode you mentioned. After the oil replacement, the problems vanished. But honestly, with those symptoms and the mileage, I'd get it checked by a workshop as soon as possible. There could be more going on than just worn-out hydraulic fluid.

I took your advice and scheduled a workshop appointment. It turns out the automatic transmission oil was worn out and needed replacement. The total repair cost was 240€. Thanks again for your assistance.

I drive a similar Mercedes CLA, but not a hybrid. I had similar transmission slipping issues a while back. The automatic gearbox acted erratically, especially when the hydraulic fluid got warm. Have you checked the transmission oil level? Low fluid could cause some of these problems.
