Thanks for the quick reply The fluid level is right and there are no weird noises from the pump That's a relief Where should I look for these connections I'm not great at tracing wires

Okay, it's good that the fluid is okay and the pump is quiet If you aren't familiar with tracing wires, maybe take it to a workshop Based on the error code, they should check the steering column wiring and plug connections first A defective cable or plug connection to the component is a likely cause It could save you a headache

Good advice I dropped it off at the shop this morning It was a loose connection It cost 95€, and it's steering smoothly again Thanks for pointing me in the right direction

Vibrating steering wheel and spongy handling doesn't sound good Have you checked the hydraulic fluid level Low fluid can cause those symptoms Are there weird noises from the pump when you turn the steering wheel It could be a failing pressure hose Electric steering issues can also cause vibrations if the system isn't getting proper feedback You mentioned a possible connection issue Do you have any idea where to start looking
