Those are good questions. Fuel economy seems about the same, but I have felt some minor vibrations at highway speeds for a few weeks now, nothing major. The error seems consistent, happening under most driving conditions, especially when the automatic transmission tries to lock up the torque converter. Does that match your experience?

Yes, that's pretty much what happened with mine. The vibrations were subtle at first, so I ignored them for a while, and then the lights and shifting issues appeared. Thanks for the insight. I took it to a trusted independent workshop. They confirmed it was the torque converter lock-up clutch in the automatic transmission. The repair cost was 2120€. Hopefully, this resolves the issue. I appreciate the help.
