Mercedes eKlasse: Engine Noise & Carly Diagnostic Tool Issues Post-November 2024 Update

I'm an owner of a Mercedes eKlasse and I've been noticing an unusual noise coming from the engine. Moreover, since the November 2024 vehicle update, the Carly diagnostic tool seems to have lost its effectiveness. For instance, it fails to detect a check engine light, while my Autel tool identifies a minor evaporative leak and other issues. I've tried reaching out to Carly support and followed their instructions to delete and reinstall the app, but to no avail. I've noticed that other users have reported similar issues on this forum. Does anyone have a solution for these problems or should I request a refund from Carly for my subscription?
