The battery was replaced about a year ago. The error message seems to come and go regardless of the battery's condition. Do you recall which systems were affected in your case, and if an OBD-II scan provided any useful data? I am trying to narrow down the possibilities before more involved diagnostics.

Yeah, mine was the CAN bus. Everything went haywire. Radio, nav, even the parking sensors acted up. Get it checked out by a decent workshop.

Your comment was very helpful. I took it to a local shop, and they confirmed the cable connection to the control module was defective, as suspected. The repair cost 155€, and the car is now running perfectly. Thank you for sharing your experience.

Sounds familiar. I had similar gremlins in my GLA. Check engine light would pop on, radio would cut out. It was annoying. Start with the basics, though. When was the last time you had your battery checked?
