I gave the hoses a quick look but could have missed something When you had similar issues with your Volvo was it definitely the air supply causing the idle problems How did you pinpoint it Was there a specific diagnostic code

For sure that was it The diagnostic code pointed to an issue with the air valve and after replacing a cracked hose the idle went back to normal Given your mileage it might be worth getting it checked by a workshop to be safe Dont want to risk causing more damage

Appreciate the insight Took it to the workshop and you were spot on it was a faulty hose connection to the air valve New hose code cleared and she's running smoothly again Cost me around 175€ Thanks for the help
