Mercedes GLA problems with the navigation system screen

Hey guys, I have a problem with my 2015 Mercedes GLA Diesel (218765 km). The navigation system no longer works and I suspect a screen failure. Have you had similar experiences? How was your experience at the mechanic? Any tips would be great! Thank you!

Good evening, Thank you for the suggestion regarding the problem of the screen-radio-gps-reversing camera not working immediately but with a delay (2-6min) most of the time. I have tried to reset the factory values 2 times but the problem persists. I'm waiting for the next service to go to the dealer and define the reason for this bug. Good evening and thanks again.
