Mercedes GLA problems with the navigation system screen

Hey guys, I have a problem with my 2015 Mercedes GLA Diesel (218765 km). The navigation system no longer works and I suspect a screen failure. Have you had similar experiences? How was your experience at the mechanic? Any tips would be great! Thank you!
