Yes, the brake pedal feels spongy. The error memory does store a code related to the pressure sensor. You mentioned hydraulic pressure issues. Can you elaborate on what that might involve? Is it linked to how the brakes were bled? I'm trying to understand if that is the most probable cause.

When I had the issue, the brake pedal also felt spongy. Turns out the brake system had indeed been bled incorrectly after some work was done. In my case, the pressure sensor was reporting the incorrect pressure because of it. You should take it to a workshop and have them check the whole brake system. It's crucial for vehicle safety.

Thank you for the advice. I took the car to a workshop, and they confirmed the brake system wasn't bled correctly. They re-bled the hydraulic brakes, and replaced the pressure sensor. The braking is back to normal, and the error message is gone. The repair cost was 90€

I had a similar issue with my GLK. Is the brake pedal feeling different than usual? Have you checked the error memory with diagnostic tools? A faulty pressure sensor can definitely cause those symptoms. Sometimes, it's not the sensor itself but an issue with the brake system's hydraulic pressure.
