Thanks Which sensors were implicated in your situation Were there any specific error codes that might correlate with my current predicament Knowing this would greatly assist in refining my diagnostic approach

I don't recall the exact error codes or sensor names It was a while ago But if you have reduced power and ECU errors I'd strongly advise getting it checked by a workshop They can properly diagnose it It could be simple it could be complex

I appreciate your input I followed your advice and took the vehicle to a qualified workshop It turned out that the main relay was indeed defective as initially suspected Replacing it along with a system reset resolved the issue The total repair cost was 120€ Thank you for your guidance

I have a problem with the ECU transmission. An internal fault in the control unit's EEPROM is present. 53] 12.12V VIN:WDC2049841G017472 Car:Benz/204.984 - GLK 220 CDI 4MATIC G SN: VP1GR1C01215 Stop Frame Clear

I had similar ECU problems with my old Vauxhall Corsa Reduced power and error codes I didn't check the relay myself but the mechanic suspected a faulty sensor messing with the ECU readings Maybe check those before diving into ECU repair It could save some money
