Mercedes ML Hybrid Windshield Wipers Issue

Sounds familiar. I had a similar issue with my Mercedes ML, though it's a different year. The windshield wipers just stopped mid-wipe. Did you check the rain sensor? Sometimes a dirty rain sensor can mess with the wiper motor, especially if it's linked to the wiper blade system. It could also be the wiper switch itself, but check simpler things first.

Yeah, on mine, the system was integrated enough that a glitch with the rain sensor threw off the whole shebang. But since you've got an error code pointing to the wiper switch, and if the cable/plug looks okay, it might be best to get it checked out properly.
