Yeah, I ran a diagnostic check and it's definitely pointing to the bellows valve. Is there anything else that could be causing these issues, or is it pretty much guaranteed to be that valve? I just want to make sure I'm not missing something before I start throwing money at it.

Given the error codes confirm the bellows valve, and considering the leaning and inability to adjust ride height, it is highly probable the valve is the primary cause. A defective shock absorber could contribute to a bumpy ride, but it wouldn't explain the leaning. While a thorough inspection of the entire suspension system is always advisable, replacing the bellows valve is the logical first step. If the diagnostic check confirms the bellows valve issue, you should consider a workshop visit.

Thanks for the advice! I took it to a workshop, and you were spot on. It was indeed the bellows valve. Repair ended up costing me 590€. It's driving like a dream now!

The symptoms you describe strongly suggest a failure within the suspension system, specifically related to the air suspension bellows valve. Considering the vehicle's age and mileage, degradation of the rubber components within the valve is plausible. Have you performed a diagnostic check to confirm the error codes? Knowing the specific code would help pinpoint the problem.
