Mercedes S-Klasse Check Engine Light with No OBD Issues

I own a 2007 Mercedes S-Klasse with 83,000 km and a gasoline engine. Recently, the check engine light came on, and running a diagnostic shows around 100 issues, each with the message 'Internal Generic Fault Code.' However, an OBD scan shows no issues. The car is currently undriveable, and I'm unable to get any guidance from the diagnostics or OBD scan. Can anyone advise on what might be causing this and how to resolve it?

Start by checking the battery and its connections. A weak or failing battery can cause multiple electronic issues and false fault codes. Ensure the battery terminals are clean and securely connected. If the battery is old, consider having it tested or replaced. Let me know if this resolves the issue or if you need further assistance.
