Thanks for the quick reply. I will check the wiring, but if it looks good, is a sensor replacement pretty much guaranteed? I haven't noticed any other problems with the fuel injection or any weird noises from the pump.

If the wiring is solid and you're still getting the fault code and symptoms, the sensor is the most likely cause. I've seen this a few times. However, with those symptoms, especially the engine stalling, I'd strongly recommend having it checked by a decent workshop. Fuel pressure problems can cause real damage if not addressed properly.

I appreciate the advice. I took it to a shop. You were right; it was the fuel rail pressure sensor. They replaced it, and the check engine light is off, the stalling issue is fixed, and the power is back. It cost me around 240€ for the repair.

Fuel rail pressure sensor issues can be tricky. Before replacing it, double-check the wiring and connector to the sensor. Ensure there's no corrosion or damage because a bad connection can mimic a faulty sensor. Have you noticed any issues with your fuel injection recently or strange noises from the fuel pump?
