Thanks for the quick response When you say 'connections to the headlight switch', are you referring to the plug on the back of the switch itself, or are there other connection points I should be looking for I did check the bulbs, but I'll double-check the tail lights specifically You mentioned a ground issue where would you recommend I start looking for potential ground problems related to the lighting system Is there a common grounding point for the headlights and tail lights

Yeah, the plug on the back of the headlight switch Wiggle it, see if the lights flicker or something As for the ground, honestly, electrical gremlins are the worst I couldn't find it myself, so I took it to a workshop and they sorted it out I think they mentioned a chafed wire somewhere in the harness Electrical problems can be like chasing a ghost, and it's sometimes best to just let a professional handle it before you make it worse

Thanks, I appreciate the advice I checked the plug, gave it a wiggle, and the lights went crazy Seems like that's the culprit I'll take it to a workshop to have them properly diagnose and repair the cable or connection as you suggested They quoted me around 95€, so hopefully, it's a simple fix like yours Thanks for sharing your experience

I had a similar issue with my SLC It was like the car was deciding when the lights should be on First, check all the connections to the headlight switch itself Seems obvious, but sometimes it's the simple stuff Did you check the tail lights, brake lights, and the headlights Are all the bulbs themselves good It sounds like a ground issue somewhere When it happens, do you notice anything else acting weird
