Mercedes V Klasse smartphone connection issue

I think I had something similar with my V Klasse, though I can't remember the exact error. Does it happen every time you try to connect, or is it intermittent? Have you tried a different phone to rule out it being an issue with your device? It could be something to do with the Bluetooth or the car's software.

It's every time, super frustrating! Haven't tried another phone yet, good shout. But you reckon it's the same problem? What exactly was happening with yours?

Well, I can't say for sure it's the same problem, electrical faults can be tricky. But yeah, mine wouldn't connect properly either, kept dropping the connection. In the end, I took it to the workshop, and they sorted it out. Probably best to get it checked to be certain.

Appreciate the info. Took it in. Turns out it was just an incorrect pairing with the end device. Cost me 45€ to sort. Sorted now!
