Fuses and relays appear fine. Battery voltage is normal under load. Are there any specific connectors or wiring harnesses that are known to be problematic on this model?

Given that you've eliminated the simple culprits and suspect a wiring issue, it's advisable to consult with a workshop, especially if you lack extensive diagnostic tools. Without proper equipment, further troubleshooting could be difficult.
