Mini Cabrio AC Issues

Alright, I'm officially sweating it out! My 2016 Mini Cabrio, the diesel, has decided its A/C system is on vacation. The air conditioning doesn’t switch on, and it's definitely not cooling. Plus, there's an error stored in the memory. My mechanic reckons it's likely undervoltage causing the A/C compressor to bail. Anyone else seen this kind of issue?

Honestly, for peace of mind, take it to a workshop. They'll sort out the gremlins in your air conditioning.

Big thanks for the help! Turns out it was undervoltage. The A/C compressor kept shutting off. I got it sorted at the shop – new AC relay and they checked the belt tensioner. Cost me around 240€. Happy to have my air conditioning back!
