Mini Countryman Air Suspension Problems

I am experiencing issues with the air suspension on my 2018 Mini Countryman. The vehicle appears unable to lift, and is leaning noticeably. The speedometer also displays an error message, and the low beams seem misaligned. Error memory also shows a fault. Could compressor failure be the culprit?

Whoa, sounds like a proper air suspension malfunction. I had similar shenanigans with my old Passat. Kept getting the 'leaning' issue and error messages. Have you checked for any obvious air leaks around the air struts? Any hissing noises when the compressor kicks in?

Thanks for the response. Where exactly should I look for these air leaks you mentioned? To be honest, I'm not very familiar with the system's components.

Yeah, compressor failure or a dodgy connection is likely. On the Passat, it turned out to be a corroded connector. Since you're not too familiar with the system, I'd advise getting it checked at a workshop. Messing with air suspension can be a bit dicey if you don't know what you're doing.

The dealership identified a defective plug connection in the air suspension system. Repair cost 95€. Many thanks for the advice!
