Mini Countryman Electric Sun Blind Issue

I am experiencing an issue with the sun blind of my 2023 Mini Countryman Electric. The sunblind no longer retracts and extends, and it appears to be stuck in one position. Additionally, an error is stored in the error memory. From my research, the likely cause is a defective motor. Has anyone had this issue before? The repair cost is estimated at 330€.

I had a similar problem with the sun blind in my Mini Countryman. Does the car blind make any noise when you try to operate it? Have you checked the fuse for the sun visor? Maybe it's just a minor issue.

When I try to operate the sunblind, there is no noise at all. I have not checked the fuse yet. Where can I find the fuse for the sun visor?

In my case, there was no noise either. Unfortunately, I didn't check the fuse myself. I took the car directly to the workshop, and they confirmed that the motor was defective. They replaced the entire sun visor including this interior accessory, and the problem was solved. I suggest that you do the same.
