That's interesting! I haven't installed anything new recently, and the problem seems to persist everywhere. When you had the issue with your Cooper, was it also throwing an error code? Did you also suspect the GPS antenna?

Yep, I was getting a similar error code back then. We suspected the GPS antenna right away and, in my case, replacing it did the trick. Given your symptoms and the error code, it sounds like you're on the right track. I'd say it's worth having it checked out at a workshop; they can confirm if it's truly the antenna before you commit to the repair.

Thanks a bunch for the insight! I went ahead and took my Countryman to the workshop. Turns out you were spot on, the GPS antenna was indeed defective. New one installed and the car navigation is working flawlessly again. Cost me around 200€, just like you estimated. Really appreciate the help!

Ah, GPS gremlins, I know them well! I had a similar issue with my Mini Cooper where the car navigation would just lose satellite connection out of nowhere. First thing I'd check is whether anything is obstructing the GPS module. Any chance you installed a new dashcam or phone mount recently, anything that might cause signal interference? Does the problem occur in specific areas only?
