Mini Countryman Hybrid Misfire

I'm experiencing some concerning issues with my 2021 Mini Countryman Hybrid. The engine is running unevenly, and the check engine light is illuminated. I've pulled the error codes, and it's showing a generic misfire. The most noticeable symptom is a jerking sensation during acceleration. Based on my research and the error codes, I'm suspecting a leak in the exhaust system. I've already checked the ignition coil and fuel injectors, and they seem to be functioning within normal parameters. I know issues with the timing belt can also cause misfires, but that sounds like a bigger job. Just wanted to give you an update. Took the Countryman to my local mechanic, and you were spot on! They found a small leak in the exhaust manifold gasket.
