Mini Countryman massage seat issue

My 2015 Mini Countryman is giving me some grief. The massage seat switch isn't working. I've scanned the error memory, and it's throwing a code related to the massage function. I'm guessing it's a cable or plug issue. Anyone else run into this?

Hmm, switch failure is a pain. Does the seat motor make any noise when you try to activate the massage function? Any other electrical gremlins going on?

Sounds like your initial assessment is correct. If the seat motor is silent and you've got an error code, it's likely a broken connection. Seeing as you have access to diagnostics, I'd suggest taking it to a workshop before you start ripping the luxury car seats apart.

The seat motor doesn't make any noise at all. As for other electrical issues, no, everything else seems to be working as expected.

Thanks for the input. I took it to the workshop, and they confirmed a faulty connection. 95€ later, the massage seat is working again.
