Mini One No Start Terminal Ignition Error

Terminal 15 issues can be tricky. I experienced something similar with my old Volvo, although the symptoms were slightly different. The car would crank, but not fire up. Have you checked the voltage at the battery terminal itself? A corroded connection there can cause all sorts of weird electrical problems. Also, is the error code persistent, or does it clear and then reappear? A flaky relay switch could also be the culprit, causing an intermittent circuit break. It was indeed a defective cable as suspected. They replaced a section of the wiring harness and the car is running fine now. Thanks for the input.
