Mini Roadster climate control issues
Summary of the thread
A 2012 Mini Roadster experienced a complete failure of the climate control panel, with an error indicating low heating output and non-functional air conditioning. The suspected cause was a defective cable or plug connection. A similar issue was resolved by identifying and fixing a loose electrical connector, which restored the climate control functionality after a workshop repair.

Interesting you mention the electrical connectors. Where exactly were you having trouble with yours? Was it obvious when you looked?

Yeah, that rings a bell. I messed around with it for ages trying to diagnose it myself, but in the end, I took it to a workshop. They found a loose electrical connector. You wouldn't think something so simple could cause so much grief, would you?

Cheers for the insight. Turns out it was a dodgy electrical connector, just like you said. 95€ at the workshop and now the climate control is back in action.

Strange one. Sounds familiar though. I had a similar thing with my Mini Roadster, climate control playing up. You checked the temperature sensor already? Is the blower motor running at all?
