Mini Roadster stuck in transport mode

I've got a bit of a head-scratcher here. My 2012 Mini Roadster, diesel model, with about 65135 km on the clock, seems to be stuck in some kind of transport mode. The navigation system is completely dead, and I'm experiencing a bunch of other electrical malfunctions. I'm guessing this is because the car is new, but I've tried the key fob and nothing seems to work. Any ideas on what to do with the car electronics?

How exactly did you check the car configuration? Is that something I can do myself, or does it require special equipment?

I couldn't fix it myself. I had to take it to a workshop to have the transport mode disabled. It requires specific software to access the car's computer. It's best to get it checked by a professional.

Thanks for the advice. I took my Mini Roadster to the workshop, and it turned out that the transport mode was indeed active. They disabled it, and now everything is working fine. No costs incurred.
