MKL and power loss in Ateca Seat 2019: experience and tips wanted

Hello community, I have a problem with my Ateca Seat, year of manufacture 2019, petrol engine and about 10975 kilometers run. The MKL is on, I've noticed a loss of engine power, the engine runs unevenly and it jerks when accelerating. I think this could be due to a functional restriction in the boost pressure control. The car is still so new, I'm really surprised. Have any of you ever had similar problems and how did you deal with them? What are your experiences with the workshop with such problems? Regards.

Hi, I'm familiar with your problem, I had it once with my 2016 Leon. The engine behavior was similar and the check engine light also came on. Seemed really annoying at first, but turned out not to be a big problem. A software update had to be carried out in my workshop. It's best to go to the dealer, they should actually take care of it given the low mileage.

Hey, yes, I can still remember that the repairs to my turbocharger came to around €1670, so it wasn't cheap after all. But since the workshop visit, the problem with the functional restriction of the boost pressure control has been resolved and it hasn't come back. Oh yes, I now drive a 2017 Golf GTI, in case you're interested. Although hopefully that shouldn't be the case for you.
