Mobi key battery low warning
Summary of the thread
A 2017 Fiat Mobi displayed a 'key battery low' warning, leading to non-functional keyless access and locking issues. The problem was suspected to be a depleted key battery. After confirming the issue by testing with a spare key, the solution was to replace the battery in the primary key fob, which resolved the problem.

Thanks, the decline was gradual. I haven't tried the spare. If the spare works, does that mean it's the primary key's battery?

Yes, if the spare works, it's likely the primary key battery. A workshop visit would confirm, but I'm confident a battery replacement will solve it.

Thanks for the help. It was a depleted key fob battery. Replacement cost 37€. Your insights were helpful.

I own a Fiat Mobi and had something similar recently. Was it gradual, or sudden? Mine started intermittent before failing. Have you tried the spare key to rule out car issues?
